1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Include the RA number on the return package and mail the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
